How long do your "Daily Deals" good for?
Our daily deals are only available for a 24-hour period, it then will expire everyday at 9:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) or until the Deal sells out. We then launch another brand new "Deal of the day" and this process continues the same way 7 days a week. Its easy to track on our website with our Deal Count-Down Timer.
Is there a limit on the number of items I can purchase?
No, there are no Limits unless specifically noted. If you want to buy more than one item, please remember to add multiple quantities before you check out or you will have to re-purchase on a seperate order and shipping charges will apply. Also, remember that we have limited quantities to sell per day and once we sell out, they're gone for good!
Why are your prices so low?
Our prices are low because we are Direct Importers and all of our products comes straight from the source, which cuts costs dramatically. Our Happy customers love our products, buy often, and tell their Friends and Family. This allows us to cut down on Marketing and Advertising expenses, so we can pass those savings on to you.
What is your Return or Exchange Policy?
We will accept returns for products in original sellable condition with original packaging. Refunds will be provided for the purchase price, less original shipping fees. We will accept exchanges for products that arrive damaged, including "Free Gifts". For both returns and exchanges, you must email us here within 3 days of delivery notifying us that you would like a return or exchange. We will then send you specific instructions for shipping back the merchandise. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. When shipping merchandise back to us, please be sure to purchase shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office. Items returned without contacting us first will be refunded back to your Paypal account, after deductions for a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for any refund to be processed.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel any order that has not been processed for shipment or shipped. Your cancellation request can be emailed here, Sales@Todays1.com . We will reply with a confirmation if we are able to cancel your order. Please note that a cancellation request does not guarantee a cancellation. If we confirm that your package has already shipped, you may return the package for a refund in accordance with our refund policy noted above under “What is your return or exchange policy”. Any refused packages (includes "undeliverable" and "return to sender" packages) without first contacting us will be refunded back to your Paypal account, after deductions for a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees.
